Salvation:

Roman’s 6:23. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that say unto Me Lord Lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doith the will of My Father which is in heaven

Tithing:

Malachi 3:10 Bring you all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and prove Me now herewith, saith the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Offerings: 

Proverbs 19:17. He then hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord and that which he hath given will He pay him again.

Matthew 25: 35-40

For I was hungry and you gave Me meat.  I was thirsty and you gave Me drink.  I was a stranger and you took Me in. Naked and you clothed me.  I was sick and you visited me.  I was imprisoned and he came unto me. 
Then shall the righteous answer Him saying, Lord, when saw we Thee hungry and fed Thee or thirsty and gave Thee drink, when saw Thee a stranger and took Thee in or naked and clothed Thee.
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, in asmuch as you have done it with one of the least of these My brethren, you have done it unto Me.
